Nevada Neighbors, Capital City Arts Initiative’s lecture series on contemporary art practice in the West, continues with a lecture by Robert Tracy titled "The Radiant City: Contemporary Arts in the Las Vegas Cityscape." Dr. Tracy will speak at the Carson City Library on Wednesday, November 3 at 7:00 p.m. There will be a reception immediately preceding the talk at the library beginning at 6:15 p.m. The library is located at 900 North Roop Street, Carson City. Robert Tracy, Ph.D., will present Las Vegas as a major player in defining American Pop Culture and its contemporary evolution.
